방송위, 방통융합 새 방송정책안 초안 마련중

방송위, 방통융합 새 방송정책안 초안 마련중
ㅁ IP-TV, HSDPA, 와이브로 등 포괄하는 규제정책안을 마련중
ㅁ12일부터 토론회 3회 개최하며 의견수렴과정 밟을 것
ㅁ '통신망을 이용한 방송서비스 도입방안' 가칭
ㅁ 역무를 콘텐츠, 플랫폼, 네트워크로 3분류
ㅁ 네트워크(망)과 플래폼(서비스)로 구분
ㅁ 지역기반 규제에서 가입자기반 규제로
ㅁ 일단 IP-TV 도입 자체는 가능한 기반 마련
ㅁ IP-TV도 케이블TV와 같은 규제를 받으나 권역별 제안은 없어짐, 대신 가입자 기반 제한
ㅁ 정통부와 합의, 안 되면 의원입법 추진
ㅁ "주무부서임을 자임해온 정통부와 격돌이 예상"
